1. Scamming! If you scam, try to scam me or my friends, then your outta the question.
2. I want to have met you at least once, like at a party or something. I don't really want complete strangers on my buddy list.
3. If you make a trade with me, and i decline, i don't want you to start crying and complaining to me about being mean, or not being a good friend or stuff like that. If you do, I won't accept your friend request.
4. I want to have buddies so i can have fun with them. I don't want you to send me friend request because i own a blog, or because i have rares, or because you want something on my trade list.
